“My family and I just returned from a weekend stay. We had a wonderful experience! The rooms were nice and clean. The Check in was a breeze, the housekeeping staff and service were wonderful, and the water park experience was superb. We decided to go to Paradise Pier which is a mini amusement park connected to the resort and we had so much fun! Our experience was a 10/10. If you’re contemplating on going and scanning the reviews like we were before booking, don’t hesitate just GO! You won’t regret it 🤗”

“This place is way overpriced and can be described as Chuck-e-Cheese with a pool. The room was extremely humid even with the AC running cold (the AC blows right onto the bed with not way of adjusting it). The floors are nasty. So everything stays damp and we were afraid to walk barefoot. No vent in the bathroom and we felt like it was unsafe to put anything on surfaces. Housekeeping offered us towels once when we happened to see them, otherwise they were MIA during our entire 3 night stay. The walls/adjoining door are so thin it's like standing right next to whoever is staying in the next room. The elevators are laughably inefficient and sometimes just pass you right up. Lots of people noted how long it can take to get a ride up or down. The tables in the 10th floor lounge seem to never get cleaned. The whole place looks pretty cool inside and they have pina colada fragrance sprayed in, but this facade hides the fact that there's just something terribly missing here. Management knows just how far they have to go to attract their target clientele. You get the feeling that even some of the ride workers know we're being hoodwinked. The water park was less than impressive and the water seemed pretty nasty, to where I didn't really want to go in. If this place were about $150 or less per night it could be worth it, but $300 plus is absolutely ridiculous!”

“We are currently staying here (last night) and the smell of weed in our hotel room is so strong. I don’t know how their air system works, but clearly you are sharing air between rooms. Someone may as well be smoking the weed in our room it is so strong. Great location and fun for the kids, but we unfortunately won’t be able to come back.”
